QHow do I check my mailbox size limit?
A:  To check your quota using OWA 2007 first click Mail in the navigation pane.  Next, point to your name at the top of the mail folder list.  A window will pop up showing you the current size of your mailbox and your mailbox size limit.  With OWA 2003, you had to visit the Support Console located on the Web Mail page and login to view your e-mail quota.  Now you can view it without ever leaving your mailbox!

QHow do I check my shared/departmental account?
A:  There is an option to open another mailbox within OWA 2007.  To access, click the down arrow in the upper right hand corner next to the user's name.  Select the drop down arrow and type in the name or the BSU ID of the account you are trying to access and select open.  The shared account will open in the new browser window.

Q:  How do I view someone else's calendar using OWA 2007?
A:  For now, the easiest way to view someone's calendar using OWA 2007 is to schedule a meeting in OWA and choose Scheduling Assistant.  You should see your name listed as the first attendee under Select Attendees.  Type the names of the others invited underneath your name.  As you invite attendees to the meeting, their free/busy information will appear.  An alternative for accessing someone else's calendar would be to use the full Outlook client.

Q:  Do I have to accept a meeting for it to appear on my calendar?
A:
The meeting will go directly onto your calendar as tentative, and will remain that way until you select "Accept" or "Decline."

Q:  Why do I automatically log into OWA Light even though it is unchecked on the log in screen?
A:  If you are running Safari or Firefox you will automatically log into OWA Light.  Or, if you have the option for "blind and low vision" checked in OWA Premium (Options/General Settings/Accessibility/"Use the blind and low vision experience," you will automatically go into OWA Light.

QWhat does the search option in OWA 2007 allow me to do?
A:  The search option in OWA 2007 allows users to quickly search for content both within an e-mail itself, and/or data contained in attachments.

Q:  I check my Web Mail using my Windows Smartphone.  Why am I being asked to accept a new security   policy?
A:  You must accept the security policy to continue.  Simply select Ok, and proceed like normal.
