Students can request an increase to the size of their e-mail account.  Simply send an e-mail to morespace@bsu.edu stating you'd like to have a larger e-mail quota. The HelpDesk staff will increase the size of you mailbox to 22 MB. 
Requests are normally processed by the next business day.
