Child Care Resource & Referral

More than 100 childcare options (full-time and part-time) are available.  Information is customized to each family's individual need.  Facilities listed with WorkLife Programs serve children ages six weeks to 12 years of age.  Additionally, each Fall and Spring semester, 40-45 Ball State students list themselves as part-time babysitters.

The Employee Assistance  Program (EAP)

As an employee, you have access to a highly confidential service of professional counseling through WorkLife Programs-EAP and the university's Counseling Center.

Relocation Information

In response to the needs of dual-career couples/families, WorkLife Programs offers relocation information to new or prospective Ball State employees.  Designed to be used as a starting block, individuals may request information about city and county schools, housing options, and employment opportunities for their partner, plus information about several other services.
