Technology Traning Support Services

Each semester, Technology Training Support Services offers several training sessions to assist faculty and staff learn more about BSU-supported technology. These non-credit, no-fee training opportunitites include two-hour minicourses and one-hour jumpstart sessions. Training is available for software listed on the UCS Supported Products List, such as Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe PhotoShop, Microsoft FrontPage, and Macromedia Dreamweaver. In the summer, the Faculty Technology Enhancement Series highlights specific topics of interest to faculty such as Web Design and Presentation Graphics. Special training can be arranged by request for departments or work areas. To discuss and schedule a date and time for group training, contact Yasemin Tunc (765) 285-5902. Online training is available for all faculty, staff, and students through video-based tutorial service, ElementK.
