Professional Development Registry

The registry provides each faculty member with a secure database and convenient method of documenting professional development. This service provides a record of the individual's participation in a certified course, seminar, workshop, or program. You may print a copy of your registry report for inclusion in P&T documents or annual reviews.

In order to view and print a report of your registry account, click here.

You will log in with your BSU username and password, then will be brought to the main Registry page. You may generate a report of your professional development activities within two time frames--"comprehensive," including all recorded sessions, or by specific dates you enter.

Your record of session participation is provided on the page, which includes sessions you attended, reservations you cancelled, and sessions that were cancelled by their sponsor. Note that your printed report only lists those sessions you attended.

There is also an area in which you can add other activities you want listed on your printed report--conference presentations, seminars attended, etc. You may add, edit, and delete these entries over time in order to manage your registry account. These will be under a separate heading in your printed report to indicate they are additional activities you added, as opposed to those generated by the registry system.

Finally, pressing the "Create Registry" button will generate a printable report of your professional development activities.

If you have difficulties or notice discrepancies in your registry, please contact OTLA at 285-1763.

The "Registry" provides each faculty member a secure database and convenient method of documenting professional development.  This service provides a record to each faculty member who participates in a certified course, seminar, workshop, or program.  Certified courses include all OTLA workshops and seminars, as well as other non-OTLA programs, such as training offered by Technology Training Support Services.  Log into your account at https://www.bsu.edu/webapps/minicourse/registry.asp?sponsorid=3
