• The Box Office ACCEPTS cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.  The Box Office DOES NOT accept Cardinal Cash nor do we bill to bursar accountants.
• Students may purchase up to 2 tickets/subscriptions at the student rate with one I.D. Any additional tickets must be purchased at the general public price.
• Cast and Crew members may purchase all of their tickets at the student rate in addition to their 2 comps. Only Cast and Crew members may do this, their family members may not.  If the Cast/Crew wish to reserve tickets, they will be required to leave a credit card number on the reservation.

• Exchanges are available for non-student subscriptions only. Paid staff should do the exchange each time. Mainstage subscribers have this option only!

RESERVATIONS

• Credit Card Numbers need to be left with ANY RESERVATION! .
• Patrons must pay for all reserved tickets.  Patrons have the ability to pay with cash, check, or credit card when picking up reservations.
• If a reservation is not cancelled within 24 hours, the credit card WILL BE CHARGED! If the patron is not here by 7:20pm or 2:20pm they risk loosing their seat and it being sold off.
• If reservations are not picked up the night of a performance, the credit card WILL BE CHARGED!

HOUSE TICKETS

• House tickets are NOT AVAILABLE to the public, cast, crew, staff, or faculty.

CAVE TICKETS

• All Cave tickets are $5.50.
• The director of each Cave production will receive one complimentary ticket for each night of the performance.
• The same reservations policies apply to all Cave productions.
