A heartwarming journey celebrating the power of love and fulfillment, The Fantasticks is the beautiful story of two infatuated teens coming of age through a serious-yet at times, hilarious-trial, and surviving with their love intact. Throw in two bumbling but well-meaning fathers, a wise and knowing mute, a mysterious stranger and an old, misbegotten Shakespearean actor with a trusted side-kick, and what emerges is the longest-running musical in the world. Featuring such timeless songs as "Try to Remember" and "Soon It's Gonna Rain," The Fantasticks' almost fifty-year history makes it a must see for audiences of all ages. Join the BSU Downtown Dinner Theatre and Johnny Carino's for a night of theatre to remember!
