  • Time: One-hour showcases at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. A reception will follow each performance.
Ball State's ninth annual New York Showcase provides a unique opportunity for casting agents, directors, and other theatre professionals to see graduating seniors from the Department of Theatre and Dance.

This year's showcase is under the artistic consultation of New York casting director Stephanie Klapper as well as Bill Jenkins, Dwandra Lampkin and Harold Mortimer which features some of the best young acting and musical theatre talent of 2010.

About Our Program
Ball State University is home to one of the nation's fastest-growing theatre and dance programs, with 400 majors specializing in acting, musical theatre, dance, and other areas.

In the past few years alone, recent graduates have appeared on Broadway (Thoroughly Modern Millie, Chicago, Mary Poppins, and Mamma Mia!), in national tours (Cats, Man of LaMancha, Hairspray, and Grease), on prime-time television (ER, CSI, Gossip Girl, and Law and Order), in feature films, and in nationally televised commercials.
