Dear friend and patron of the arts:

On behalf of Ball State University's Department of Theatre and Dance, I am delighted to invite you to participate in our Show Sponsorship Program. When you sponsor a show through our Show Sponsorship Program, you are supporting our incredibly talented theatre and dance majors with scholarships.

 Theatre and Dance scholarships create experiential learning opportunities and even more artistic achievements for the students. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, class work, departmental participation, and grade point average. Scholarships lessen the load of tuition and fees, and open the door to even more creative and collaborative learning experiences.

 Along with producing a diverse series of shows, Department of Theatre and Dance students have opportunities to study abroad as well as to participate in Showcases in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. All of these opportunities are possible for our students because of the generous support of donors like you.

 Last year, thanks to our show sponsors, we raised almost $20,000 resulting in 36 scholarships. We hope to surpass last year by $6,000 to fund an additional 10 scholarships.

 There are giving levels to fit everyone's budget in the Show Sponsorship Program:

• $100 - $299 Ensemble Level 
• $300 - $499 Producer Level 
• $500 plus Director's Circle 

Donors are recognized for every level of giving as a show sponsor in the program of the production of their choice. Plus, as a Show Sponsorship Program supporter, you will receive invitations for special Department of Theatre and Dance events.
