• 8-9 a.m.: Registration and check-in (Ball Gym)
   
• 9-9:30 a.m.: Presentation by Ball State students
   
• 9:30-10 a.m.: Discussion with parents and guardians
   
• 10 a.m.-1 p.m.: Dance auditions (time approximate)
  Auditions begin with jazz/musical theatre/tap combination and then ballet and modern sections. Musical theatre candidates only will be dismissed when the jazz/musical theatre/tap portion is completed. Dance major and minor auditions continue.
   
• 10 a.m.: Acting and musical theatre auditions (times assigned for vocal and monologue)
  Student guides bring students to the Arts and Communications Building.
   
• 10 a.m.: Design and technology, directing and stage management, and theatre education interviews (times assigned)
  Student guides bring students to the Arts and Communications Building.

NOTE: The length of times is subject to change.

Coming and Going
Dance students are free to leave after the dance auditions. We suggest parking in the visitor lot west of Lucina Hall.

Musical theatre students are free to leave after the acting and vocal auditions. We suggest parking in the Emens Parking Structure when you arrive in the morning, since you will leave from the theatre after your audition. 

Parents who are waiting for their auditioning students may visit any of the following places:

• Christy Woods and the Wheeler Orchid Collection, located behind Ball Gym
• Ball State University Museum of Art, located along Riverside Avenue between Cooper Science Complex and North Quad
• The Atrium food court and the Ball State Bookstore, located in the Art and Journalism Building along McKinley Avenue across from Bracken Library
• MT Cup and other eating establishments in the Village, located along University Avenue just east of McKinley Avenue
