The Teleplex Engineering department provides support and repair services for electronic media equipment and serves as an informational resource for all Ball State University departments.

Faculty or staff who bring equipment in for repair will be asked to provide a department budget code, department name, contact person and phone number. If calling to check on the status of equipment being repaired, have the budget code, make and model of equipment ready for quicker service.

Equipment repairs include:

Installation, maintenance and repair of all BSU electronic media equipment such as VCRs, DVD players, camcorders, video cameras, audio recorders and players, slide and movie projectors, and still cameras.
