First Time Users:
If this is the first time you have used the system, you will need keys to access the VIS panel: in addition, if your room is an electronic classroom, a key is needed to unlock the rack cabinet.VIS will also provide training upon request in the room where you will be teaching.

It is recommended that your bookings be placed a minimum of 24 hours before the start of your booking.

Booking hours are:
Monday -  Thursday  -  7:30am to 9:30pm 
Friday - 7:30am to 5pm 

Summer Booking hours are:
Monday -  Thursday - 7:30am to 9:30pm 
Friday  -  7:30am to 4pm 

Important information to have when you call: 

• Name and phone number
• Date, start, and end time of your class 
• The building and room number of your class
• Type, title, and call number of your media
