A. Sometimes, you may find yourself in a situation where Word freezes  or crashes and you have to restart the application.

To Work With Document Recovery

• Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
• Select Task Manager Button on the Window that is displayed
• Select the Word Document and Click End Task
• Double Mouse Click to Open the Word Application
• To the left of the document window you will see Document Recovery pane displayed. In that pane you can see available documents to be recovered.

• When you place your mouse over the document you want to recover, an arrow will appear.  Mouse click the arrow to view the choices:  View, Save As, Close
• If you want to keep the recovered document, save it as a new file name
