Web 2.0 is a new buzz term for advances in the Internet.  The internet has become much more social with services like FaceBook, Blogger, Podcaster and Wiki.  This workshop is to help you begin thinking about how social networking can become a tool in enhance your courses and find ways to stay connected with your students. 

Each 1.5 hour workshop will help you network with your colleagues and discuss what ideas are available and how easily these tools are to use. This package contains:

• Using Blogs to communicate with your students 
• Using podcasts and vodcasts to create a sense of community 
• Using Wikis for collaborative workspaces
• Using Skype to stay conntected to the world
