What is a fast way to change font size?
Double-click on the text layer thumbnail in the Layers Palette to select the text and turn on the Type tool.

To increase the font size by 2 pts:

Press Control + Shift + > 

(If you are using a MAC press Command + Shift + >)

To increase the font size by 10 pts:

  Press Control + Alt + Shift + >

(If you are using a MAC press Command + Alt + Shift + >)
