Technology education is the curriculum that evolved out of industrial arts, and technology teachers work with high school, middle school, and elementary school students, providing hands-on experiences in areas such as computers, manufacturing processes, graphics, transportation systems, and pre-engineering. The degree program should not be confused with a degree in educational technology, which looks at how technology is used to support learning.
