Enhanced Voice Mail Services

University Telephone Services proudly announces that your Ball State voice mailbox can now be web-enabled.

There are three new productivity tools ready and waiting for you:

E-mail notification of new voice mail messages.
Listen and respond to voice mail messages via the web. Upon logging into your web-enabled voice mailbox you can play message by using your PC or using a telephone playback feature.
In-bound faxing to voice mailbox.

There are no additional charges for these integrated voice mail features.
