When I click on a TechClip link I don't see any video or hear any audio. What can I do to fix this?
Go to http://www.macromedia.com and install the latest Flash Player for your computer operating system.
When I watch a TechClip the whole movie does not fit on my screen. How do I fix this?
Set your video resolution to 1024X768 or higher on your computer.
How do I change my video resolution on my computer?
Win XP
Click on the START button and go to the Control Panel. Once there click DISPLAY and then select the SETTINGS tab. From there move the screen resolution slider tab until it is set to 1024X768. After this has been done select APPLY and then OK. Mac OS X Click on the Apple in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Select SYSTEM PREFERENCES then select DISPLAYS. Once here select 1024x768 and then open the System Preferences drop down menu in the upper left of screen and select QUIT SYSTEM PREFERENCES. Who do I contact if I have more questions?
