Starting with the Proposal Review Cycle I, 2010 for Schools Opening in Fall of 2011, the preliminary proposals will be reviewed for completeness before moving to the interview stage. 

After a Preliminary Proposal is submitted to the OCS, a tentative interview date and time with the organizing group will be scheduled. The Office of Charter Schools staff will review the documents submitted, and the organizing group will be notified at least 48 hours in advance of the tentative interview date with the results of the review.

If the preliminary proposal has been determined to be complete,  the interview date and time will be confirmed via e-mail. If the preliminary proposal is determine to be incomplete, the organizing group will be notified via e-mail and the tentative interview date and time will be cancelled."
