The 4-year Physics Program prepares candidates to teach high school physics, and the 4 1/2-year Physics Program prepares the candidates to teach high school physics and middle school physical science. The 4-year and 4 1/2-year programs require a minimum of 126 and 139 credit hours, respectively, and they are located in the Department of Physics and Astronomy.
