The iCare Corner also acts as an access point to University Computing Services (UCS) hardware repair services. The staff will perform minor hardware repairs at the iCare Corner, such as installing RAM or reseating a wireless card. For more serious issues, they perform preliminary diagnostics, which speeds up the hardware repair process. However, before any hardware repairs are made, they will attempt to back up all your data to ensure that you do not lose your information. Once any hardware repair has been completed, simply visit the iCare Corner again to have any lost data moved back onto your machine!
