International education is a very rewarding experience, which results in both academic and personal growth, but it is ultimately up to you to take responsibility for your own success.

• Emergency Contacts
• Conduct Agreement
• Liability Waiver
• Health Form
• Request for Transfer Credit Form
• Copy of Class Schedule (proof of registration)
• Photo (1 passport-size)
• Passport Photocopy
