Offering a broad liberal arts curriculum, the program attracts 40-45 ball state students each semester. Students participating in this program come from a wide variety of majors and minors. In the course offerings are a number of core courses, as well as independent studies that can be arranged through one's major or minor department. The courses offered have always reflected the essence of London. Subject areas included in the offering are theatre, art history, British literature, and British life and culture.

The curriculum that is offered allows the students to go to London for a full semester and still graduate on time. The cost of the program is approximately $3,500 more than if student would stay on campus. To help make up the difference in cost, Ball State provides financial aid and scholarships. If one is an out-of-state student, s/he pays in-state tuition for this program. This tuition discount makes it possible for out-of-state students to make up the difference automatically.
