Medical Records
Your medical records are strictly confidential.They contain your personal health history and assure continuity of care.

Student Health Insurance
Ball State University offers a relatively low cost insurance to students while they are enrolled in classes.

Directions
The Health Center is located in the Amelia T. Wood building at 1500 West Neely Ave., near Irving Gymnasium and Studebaker complex.

Health Center Hours
The Health Center first floor walk-in clinic is open from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday, Thursday and Friday. It is open 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Medical Appointments

The main clinic in the health center operates on a walk-in basis. We do offer appointments for physical exams when needed for employment, travel, or for certain areas of study which require exams in addition to the admission exam.

The women’s center sees patients by appointment. You may call 285-8035 to schedule an appointment.

The physical therapy sees patients by appointment. You may call 285-1106 to schedule an appointment.
