How the Career Center Helps with the Full-Time Job Search

To make a successful transition from college to full-time work or graduate school (or if you're a graduate considering a job change or new career path), here are some of the Career Center activities you should consider:

Register with the Career Center through Cardinal Career Link.
Visit the Career and Experiential Learning Lab in Lucina Hall 235.
Meet with a Career Center advisor.
Complete a user profile and submit an online résumé to Cardinal Career Link, the database of opportunities targeted to Ball State students and alumni.
Attend the Career Center's workshops covering a broad spectrum of career and job-search issues.
Sign up for interviews with recruiters on campus using Cardinal Career Link.
Participate in the Fall Career Fair in September and Cardinal Job Fair in the spring semester.
If you are a teaching candidate, attend the Teacher Fair in the spring.
Take ownership of your job search and start early!
