Security Protocol for Minnetrista Cultural Center

Purpose

To recommend a security protocol to Minnetrista Cultural Center to provide a safer and more secure environment for the citizens, employees, and volunteers of East Central Indiana.

Action

After an extensive evaluation of existing procedures, the team turned to the literature on security, interviewed security personnel at other leading cultural centers in Indiana, and then developed a comprehensive protocol to improve safety and security on the Minnetrista campus.

Results

The Minnetrista Cultural Center received a report of findings and an extensive array of recommendations to improve the safety and security of the campus community.
