To assist the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce in increasing member retention and involvement, strengthening branding, and marketing and improving Chamber of Commerce services.
Action
Business Fellows developed a strategic public relations plan to improve member retention and involvement and to strengthen the brand identity of the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. In addition, the project team conducted a short-term marketing campaign following the basic tenets outlined in the strategic plan.
