Business Fellows
Envisioning a Research Lab for the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana
Purpose
To support the Indiana Center for Rehabilitation Sciences and Engineering Research's effort to secure funding to construct a new research laboratory adjacent and linked to the existing Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana.

Action
In collaboration with a Client Planning Team, Business Fellows produced a scenario planning document outlining ICRSER's facility expectations. The team also produced a number of schematic architectural designs based on these scenario planning visions.

Results
The project final report includes a schematic program of requirements derived from student research and interviews with both IUPUI research faculty and RHI executives and staff; a number of illustrative designs prepared by students in a required academic course of studies; and rough cost estimates of two of the student projects. The report was produced in hard copy (full color) and on a CD.
