Business Fellows
Excellence in Government
Purpose

To provide students an opportunity to develop their skills and to assist government agencies at the city and county level as well as in the Muncie Public Library.

Action
Team members learned about the responsibilities of each agency to assist in improving customer satisfaction and to develop materials for a broader benchmarking project comparing agency performance in Muncie to that in similar communities. Business Fellows have had an opportunity to learn first hand about the increasing challenges and opportunities in the public service. Participating fellows have learned how dedicated public servants provide essential services to an increasingly diverse population here in Delaware County and in Indiana.

Results
