Purpose
To increase and enhance local health and safety activities directed toward children and to increase agency membership in the Delaware County Safe Kids Coalition.

Action
The Safe Kids-Safe Communities team participated in all professional development workshops, completed a needs assessment, developed a membership campaign and distributed materials, created and distributed multiple newsletter and brochure prototypes and documents, submitted a grant proposal, developed a master calendar, developed and initiated newspaper and radio advertising, participated in preparation and presentation of Ag Days and the Safe Passenger Safety Week activities, assisted with marketing for the Safe Kids Week Health and Safety Fair, and attended board meetings of the Delaware Safe Kids Coalition.
