CVC Communications
Purpose
This Business Fellows team set out to assist CVC Communications while promoting its business, updating its media and client contact lists, creating ideas for special occasion communication pieces, and marketing a new aspect of the business.

Action
The student group reviewed and critiqued the organization's new Web site, developed ideas for communication pieces for the organization's twenty-fifth anniversary and Thanksgiving communications, updated contact and media lists, and developed a sales plan for a new division of the organization related to graphic design.  The group used video conferencing for regular meetings with both the Fort Wayne and Chicago offices simultaneously.

Results
The team updated lists of current and potential clients fitting specific criteria; provided   ideas for special communication pieces for the company's twenty-fifth anniversary and Thanksgiving; developed a sales plan for the new graphic design division of the organization; and developed ideas for pitch letters and scripts to sell the new graphic design service.
