Purpose
The purpose of this project is to assist St. Lawrence School with developing a new brand, managing relationships with the community and parish, and building awareness to establish a shared vision, increase enrollment and retention, and increase awareness of Muncie community members about the benefits of a Catholic education for their children. Action
To understand St. Lawrence School's current position and the elements necessary to overcome current limitations the team conducted various forms of primary and secondary research, which along with a trip to Memphis Jubilee Schools was used to determine St. Lawrence's public standing and the elements necessary to increase awareness, establish relationships with key publics, and increase enrollment.

Results
We will give St. Lawrence parish multiple copies of our strategic plan. We are also providing "How-To" guides for several levels of implementation that we were not able to help them execute because of time restraints.
