Elwood in the 21st Century
Purpose
The Red Gold Company owns fifty-four acres of land at the southeast corner of two state highways.  The company was in need of a development plan for the site.  The team's purpose was to create several visual conceptual development strategies and plans for use of the land and to incorporate an environmentally sustainable concept for each proposal.
