Purpose
The goal of this project was to provide awareness and assistance in preparing a comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plan for organizations in Delaware County.  The team planned to survey area businesses to determine their level of preparedness for disasters, assist organizations that did not have a plan, and evaluate existing plans.  It also set out to provide disaster-related information to individuals and families.
