STUDENT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT BOARD

Spacer 25
The Student Leadership Development Board (SLDB) is comprised of a diverse group of Ball State students whose goal is to facilitate and advise individuals and groups with the intent to promote future success.

The main focus of SLDB is to conduct consultant services in which our members research and present information on any topic for campus organizations. In addition to the consultant services, each year, SLDB invites over 100 outstanding high school students from schools across the state to participate in a leadership seminar. The All-Campus Conference is an intensive one-day leadership seminar, open to all Ball State Students, designed to facilitate leadership in the areas of time management, motivation, and empowerment. Highly acclaimed keynote speakers supplement each of these conferences.  Email sldb@bsu.edu for more information.
