Consultant Services

Providing individual attention, SLDB will prepare a tailor-made workshop for your organization's unique problems and interests. Workshop topics are not limited. Board members will research and create a program on just about any topic. Common consultant services include: group motivation, apathy, time management, goal setting, public relations, stress and effective meetings to name a few.

All-Campus Conference

SLDB's annual all-campus leadership conference addresses topics of common interests to all leaders. Students are nominated by campus organizations and faculty to take part in the day-long program. Each year new topics are addressed. The conference provides an excellent opportunity for campus leaders to meet, exchange ideas, and grow together.

High School Conference

Extending itself beyond the campus, SLDB has also made a commitment to young potential leaders. Each year, high school students from all over the state travel to Ball State to attend the annual SLDB High School Conference. Here they are given an opportunity to interact, brainstorm, and exchange ideas to take back home.
