Family Weekend is presented each year to the students of Ball State University and their families. Family Weekend has always been known for its diverse array of family programs, activities, and just plain fun! Campus Programs, a department of the L.A. Pittenger Student Center is responsible for planning Family Weekend and works tirelessly each year to find new, exciting events that will be fun for the whole family. Some events, such as the Ball State Football game on Saturday, are traditional, and have proven time and again to be the type of high-quality event that participants can expect to find at each and every Family Weekend.

Family Weekend is a traditional, annual event designed and presented to the campus community to honor family members of Ball Sate University students. Family members are invited to campus to spend time with their student. The weekend provides many events such as department and office open houses, receptions, honor programs and numerous fun activities offering a wide variety of entertainment to include all ages.
