Q: How do I ‘reserve' a space to get my ad placed?
A: EASY! You simply call 765-285-1031 and let Dianna Lampitt know what date you wish to reserve.

Q: How far in advance should I reserve space?
A: Reservations may be made as much as a year in advance! It is recommend you reserve space well in advance as this is a much, sought out opportunity and spaces fill up quick!
Q: Once I reserve my space, how do I get my ad to Publicity Designs?
A: Ads are submitted electronically, send your ad to: tabletents@bsu.edu
Q: I'm not real great at creating an ad, what are the dimensions required?
A: The ‘cut' dimensions are 4 inches wide by 6 inches high.
Q: Can I get my ad in color?
A: In order to keep costs low and affordable for you, Publicity Designs sticks to grayscale only.
Q: If I have a design that has an opaque design or text in the background with a design or text overlaid on it, will it show up well?
A: Due to the nature of economic printing, it will not show up. It is best to refrain from using forms of ‘faded' or ‘opacity' nature designs and/or text as they likely will not be visible once printed.
Q: In what format do I submit my ad to you electronically?
A: The only acceptable formats are: .jpeg .pdf .psd or .tif
No other formats will be accepted and we may not be held responsible for ads submitted in unacceptable formats.
Q: When do I have to have my ad in to you?
A: All ads must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) the Monday before the week it is to run.
Q: What happens if I don't get my ad in before 12:00 p.m. on Monday before the week it is to run?
A: Due to the high demand of reservations, it's imperative that ALL ads be received on time. On occasion, circumstances arise and we are lenient on a ‘first' time and will extend due dates ONE TIME only by 24 hrs. without penalty. After that, the space will be given away and you will still be charged in full. This ensures fairness to everyone involved.
Q: What happens if my table tent has a ‘typo' or a mistake that we don't catch until the ad is out on display? Can I have it re-printed?
A: Unfortunately, no. ALL ads MUST be proofed and approved by you before sending to us. We do not proof your design. What is sent to us by deadline is what will be printed and displayed. Please go over your design and have someone in your own area proof the ad prior to sending to us.
Q: How do I have to pay for my ad?
A: If your organization / department has a BSU account, then you will need to give that account number to Dianna Lampitt when you make your space reservation.
Q: Can I only reserve a space if I have a BSU account number to bill to?
A: Anyone can advertise on Table Tents, if you do not have a BSU account number, ads must be paid in full, by cash or check made out to BSU Publicity Designs and brought to the office behind the Student Center at 305 N. College Avenue.
