Campus Programs and Publicity Designs incorporates two versatile departments into one. Campus Programs sponsors annual events such as Family Weekend and College Bowl. Poetry Slam is being organized for upcoming semesters. Each year provides new opportunities for daytime events which bring the Ball State, Muncie, and surrounding communities together. Most events are held in the L.A. Pittenger Student Center. Campus Programs works together with other organizations to sponsor educational and/or charitable events that invite the faculty and staff to attend as well as the student body and community.
Publicity Designs works one on one with organizations to help guide their graphic design needs as well as publicity. The annual Calendar of Events Handbook is created and distributed by Publicity Designs. Table Tent advertising posted in AJ and the Student Center is also managed by Publicity Designs.
