Anti-Harassment Policy

(Response from Thomas A. Morrison on Bullying Policy recommendation Staff Council submitted on June 8, 2006.) This issue has been researched with our legal counsel and it is their opinion that the University's existing Anti-Harassment Policy expressed in various University documents and handbooks applies to the issue of bullying. If employees do feel bullied in the workplace or on the campus, employees should seek assistance and protection through this existing policy.
