Speech-Language Pathology Master’s Program Application Process
You must be admitted to the department and the Graduate School to enroll as a degree-seeking student. International students must apply through International Admission.
Applications and all related materials are due by February 1 for the following summer or fall.
- Interested students may request the Speech-Langauge Pathology application packet by e-mail or phone (765) 285-8161. Alternatively, students can download the application materials by using the links on the right of this page. - Students may apply to the Graduate School using the online application or the paper copy that is included with the application packet.
- You must submit official transcripts of all previous graduate and undergraduate course work to the Graduate School.
- Please also submit official verification of any observation and clinical hours you earned as an undergraduate.
- If you are accepted, you can begin our program in the summer or fall semester.
