Speech-Language Pathology Master’s Program Admission Requirements

You must be accepted into the Graduate School and the department to enroll as a degree seeking student. For admission consideration, we require the following information:

Completed Ball State Graduate School application
Application deadline is February 1 for the summer or fall semesters

Admittance into the Graduate School
International students must apply and be accepted through International Admission

Minimum GPA of 3.0
We receive more qualified applicants than we can accept; meeting or exceeding this average does not guarantee admission.

Official Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores, preferably a combined score of 900 on verbal and quantitative sections

Three letters of reference

Transcripts of all previous graduate and undergraduate course work to the Graduate School

Official verification of all observation and clinical hours previously obtained.
