Students are required to have earned and maintained a minimum grade point average of 2.3 in non social work courses required of the major and in the 100 and 200 level social work courses (SOCWK 100, SOCWK 200, SOCWK 220, and SOCWK 230) in order to be eligible for formal admission to the major.
