2008 Student Symposium

OARSP is pleased to announce the 13^th annual Sandra L. Smith Student Symposium to be held Tuesday, March 25, 2008 in the Student Center Cardinal Hall from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The Student Symposium is an excellent opportunity for students to present their research, creative and scholarly endeavors to the public. This year, work presented for the competition does not have to be restricted to the classroom.  Any student who has engaged in organized work either inside or outside class, while under the direction of a Ball State faculty member, is eligible to participate.

 Presentations may take the form of a poster, creative or multimedia display, or other exhibit.  Winners will be announced later in the day and rewarded with cash prizes.

Students wishing to participate must submit a registration form.  The deadline for registration is Wednesday, March 5, 2008.  Refer to the guidelines for  additional information.
