The Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) grant program, Individual Artist Project (IAP), offers up to $2,000 support for artistic endeavors in the areas of dance, music, theatre, visual arts, and literature. Eligible projects are purposely left flexible to accommodate artists' vision and needs, however, the goal is to aid an artist's career development.

Applications for the Individual Artist Project (IAP) are due February 1, 2007.   See details at http://www.in.gov/arts/grants/program_iap.html.

IAC staff will conduct grant writing workshops for individuals interested in bettering their grant writing skills. The workshops will be geared toward those targeting applying for an IAP grant.  An upcoming session is being offered throughout the state include the following:
