Q. Why do I receive an error message when I type a comment in the comments box?
A. Check to make sure you have no single quotation mark (‘) in your comment. The server does not accept this character and will return an error message if you use it. Also, remember to keep the comment short; the field allows a maximum of 256 characters.
Q. Why does the check box for my approval not appear at the end of the clearance sheet?
A. It is possible that you are trying to approve the clearance sheet before it is your turn to sign. If you have not received an email regarding the clearance sheet in question, then it is still "making the rounds" and will not be available for your approval until other signatures are obtained. The clearance sheet may appear in your queue, but it is still in a "pending" state.
Q. I checked the Approve/Agree box and then clicked "continue." Why does it take me back to the Main Form Blaster home page / My Action List?
A. When you are directed back to the Main page or your Action List, check to make sure your clearance sheet no longer appears in the queue. If not, then you have successfully completed the clearance. If it still appears, then you have not completed it. Make sure to complete each section of the form, check the approve box, and click continue. Form Blaster automatically returns you to the Main page or your Action List.
