The Commencement Office, located in Lucina Hall Room B4, serves as a central area for all audiences to learn about upcoming ceremonies, the requirements to participate, and the numerous details necessary to ensure each student has the perfect graduation ceremony to reward them for academic achievement.  Ball State University has three main ceremonies per year (December, May and July).  In addition, the individual colleges recognize graduates with independent ceremonies on Commencement Day.
