How do I get a form sent to my insurance company telling them I am registered for a specific term?

If you are requesting enrollment verification that you are a full time student as proof for insurance companies either medical or automobile, you must submit a request in writing to the Registrar's Office.

We will provide a letter for whatever purpose you are requiring. If you do not have a form you may print the enrollment verification PDF form.
