Students may authorize other individuals, such as family members or employers, to make payment on their accounts.

Students:
Start by logging into Cardinal QuickPay, where you will be prompted for your Ball State username and password. From there you will see links to pay your bill, view your account, authorize other people to pay your account, and more.

Parents and Authorized Payers:
Once your student provides you account access, you may sign into Cardinal QuickPay's authorized payer area and begin making payments on a student's account balance online by automatically deducting the amount from a checking or savings account.

Guest Payers:
Ball State allows guest payers to make one-time or occasional payments to a student's account.  To be a guest payer you simply need to know the student's name and Ball State ID number, which you can request from the student. Next, come here to the guest payer login.
