Inventory Control and Moving

Inventory Control and Moving is a division of the Purchasing Department which accumulates and maintains records of all moveable equipment purchased or acquired by the University. This includes capital equipment, excess, transfer and moves, and stolen equipment.

Departments may request assistance with a move or a loan of movable equipment (chairs, tables, coat racks, podiums, chalkboards) by contacting the Inventory Control and Moving office by telephone (765)285-1837 or fax (765)-285-2037.
